One of my fondest memories of childhood was the delicious crepes my dad would make us for breakfast. After moving out on my own, I always seemed to struggle with remembering exactly how they were made. I forever looked to various food blogs, recipe books and of course a phone call to dad, just to get a close variant of these childhood crepes. Well, after having my son, I started experimenting with easy foods that would keep my morning super simple.
I began following a crepe recipe that involved too many 1/4 & 1/2 ingredients. It would confuse me all the time and cause me to look up the recipe each and every time. I thought to myself, surely there’s an easier way for me to remember such a “simple” morning treat.
