When you think of healthy eating, pizza may not pop into your mind. It has received a bad rep over the years. Granted, a few organic pizza shops have opened in my hometown and the push for no preservatives or artificial flavoring has created a few more options for us, consumers.
However, these are not your only options. Have you ever tried to make your own pizza? I’ve always dodged that option simply because I would end up buying pre-made this and that, which in turn would yield similar pizza quality to that of the franchise next door. And, my time would be consumed too.
